Each piece is made to order and ships within 7-10 business days. We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items. For damaged products, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Trionfijewelry retains all rights to imagery, design, and brand content. XECOM CONSULTING LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship within 7-10 business days. We ship to USA, Canada, and UK via DHL Express (tracked). Shipping costs calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after shipping. Trionfijewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
REFUND POLICY
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days for full refund (minus shipping). Custom or personalized pieces are final sale. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
